Personal-use license terms, redistribution restrictions, and product boundaries.
License grant
This package is licensed to the purchaser for personal local use. The purchaser may run the software on their own Windows computer for crypto signal result tracking, review, source comparison, and performance analysis.
Restrictions
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, rental, public sharing, or repackaging.
- No uploading the full package, source files, embedded runtime, local database, license files, or buyer-specific files to public repositories, file hosts, forums, chat rooms, or social platforms.
- No removing, altering, hiding, or misrepresenting license marker or package fingerprint information when buyer-specific files are present.
- No claiming this product guarantees profit, provides financial advice, provides official exchange service, or accesses exchange accounts.
Financial and technical boundary
Class A QuantFlow is a local signal performance analysis tool. It does not provide financial advice, does not access exchange accounts, does not place orders, and does not guarantee any result.
Estimated Net PnL, MFE/MAE, estimated risk threshold / liquidation price, risk-threshold distance, and risk-threshold used are analytical review estimates. They are not exact exchange liquidation, fee, funding, or account settlement values.
Data boundary
The software stores user-entered signal records and derived outcome metrics locally. Exports are intended to include user-defined signal data and calculated review metrics only. The software is not designed to upload signal history to an external server.
License fingerprint and first-run notice
Class A QuantFlow uses a local license marker and package fingerprint for package identification. The first app run shows a license, risk, and refund notice before the dashboard opens.

Due to the digital and copyable nature of this portable software package, all sales are final after delivery or download.
No refunds are provided after delivery or download, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Third-party components
The portable runtime may include third-party open-source Python packages. Their own license files remain applicable to those components.
